The NRD-guide is suitable for producing high-performance integrated circuits and high-efficiency planar antennas at millimeter-wave frequencies. The NRD-guide front-ends developed for various kinds of millimeter-wave communication systems such as an ultra high-speed wireless LAN and a multi-channel TV signal distribution are presented in this exhibition.

Demonstration for microwave measurement of dielectric plate samples using a network analyzer and software developed in our laboratory If you bring dielectric plate samples (50×50mm2, thickness<1.5mm), you can obtain the measured results of µr and tan´ of them at our booth.

(2) Measurement of surface resistance of high-Tc superconductor films.

Various types of microwave/millimeter-wave absorbers such as a plasterboard type, an acoustic EM absorber and others have been developed. Moreover, the measurement of material constants is also carried out. Microwave planar filters with improved out-of-band characteristics and periodic structure planar transmission lines using cylindrical dielectric materials are also investigated.
